Vaginal birth is a natural and safe method of human reproduction that has been used for thousands of years. This study investigates the effects of cystocele and rectocele on vaginal delivery stages and maternal and neonatal outcomes. The delivery time for women with these conditions was longer than the control group, likely due to soft tissue dystocia. However, there was no difference in neonatal outcomes as cesarean section was performed for these patients. Pelvic relaxation can affect active labour, and cystocele and rectocele may cause mechanical obstruction during delivery. Further research is needed on this topic.
